Comprehensive Dental Care for Every Smile

Whether you need a routine check-up, emergency treatment, or a complete smile transformation, New Age Smiles offers modern, evidence-based dental care for patients of all ages. Our treatment plans are tailored to your needs, goals, and budget.

Dentistry Designed Around You

At New Age Smiles, we believe great dentistry is about more than fixing teeth—it's about improving your health, confidence, and quality of life. We combine advanced technology with a gentle, patient-focused approach to provide comfortable, predictable treatment from your first visit through long-term maintenance.

Preventive & General Dentistry

Comprehensive Dental Examination

Every healthy smile begins with a thorough examination. During your visit, we'll evaluate your teeth, gums, bite, and overall oral health to identify problems early and develop a personalized treatment plan.

Professional Teeth Cleaning (Prophylaxis)

Professional cleanings remove plaque, tartar, and surface stains that regular brushing and flossing can't eliminate. Using modern ultrasonic technology, we provide a comfortable, effective cleaning to help maintain healthy teeth and gums.

Recommended every six months for most patients.

Learn More

Scaling & Root Planing (Deep Cleaning)

When gum disease develops beneath the gumline, a routine cleaning is no longer enough. Scaling and root planing removes bacteria and hardened deposits from below the gums while smoothing the tooth roots to encourage healing and reduce inflammation.

Dental Sealants

Dental sealants are thin protective coatings placed on the chewing surfaces of molars to help prevent cavities. They are especially beneficial for children and teenagers but may also be recommended for adults with deep grooves that are difficult to clean.

Digital Dental X-Rays

Digital intraoral X-rays provide detailed images of individual teeth and their supporting structures, allowing us to diagnose cavities, infections, bone loss, and other conditions quickly while using significantly less radiation than traditional film X-rays.

Panoramic X-Rays (OPG)

A panoramic X-ray captures your entire mouth—including all teeth, jaws, temporomandibular joints (TMJs), and surrounding structures—in a single image. It is commonly used to assess wisdom teeth, impacted teeth, jaw abnormalities, periodontal disease, and overall oral health.

Cephalometric X-Rays

A cephalometric X-ray is a specialized side-view image of the head that evaluates the relationship between the teeth, jaws, and facial bones. It is an essential diagnostic tool for orthodontic treatment planning, growth assessment, and jaw relationship analysis.

Cone Beam CT (CBCT)

Cone Beam Computed Tomography (CBCT) produces highly detailed three-dimensional images of the teeth, jaws, nerves, airways, and surrounding facial structures. It allows for precise diagnosis and treatment planning for complex dental procedures.

Digital Intraoral Scanning

Comfortable, mess-free digital impressions create highly accurate 3D models of your teeth without traditional impression materials. Digital scans improve precision while making the experience faster and more comfortable.

Digital Imaging

Restorative Dentistry

We restore cavities using durable composite resin that blends naturally with your teeth, allowing you to smile confidently while preserving as much healthy tooth structure as possible.

Tooth-Coloured Fillings

Dental Crowns

A dental crown is a custom-made restoration that strengthens and protects a tooth weakened by decay, fracture, or large fillings while restoring its natural appearance and function.

Missing teeth affect more than your smile. A dental bridge replaces one or more missing teeth using neighbouring teeth for support, restoring chewing function while helping prevent surrounding teeth from shifting.

Dental Bridges

Root Canal Therapy

When the inner pulp of a tooth becomes infected or inflamed, root canal therapy removes the damaged tissue, disinfects the canals, and seals the tooth to relieve pain and preserve your natural tooth whenever possible.

Cosmetic Dentistry

Achieve a brighter smile safely with professional whitening treatments customized to your teeth. We offer both in-office whitening for immediate results and take-home systems for gradual whitening at your convenience.

Porcelain Veneers

Composite bonding uses tooth-coloured resin to repair chips, close small gaps, reshape teeth, and improve your smile—often in just a single appointment.

Tooth Replacement

Complete Dentures

Modern full dentures replace an entire arch of missing teeth, restoring appearance, speech, and chewing function with improved comfort and natural aesthetics.

Partial Dentures

Partial dentures replace several missing teeth while preserving your remaining natural teeth. We provide acrylic, flexible, and cast-metal options depending on your clinical needs and preferences.

Dental Implants

Dental implants provide the closest replacement to natural teeth by replacing both the tooth and its root. They offer exceptional stability, preserve jawbone, and restore normal chewing function with a natural appearance.

Implant-Supported Dentures

Implant-supported dentures combine the affordability of dentures with the stability of dental implants, offering greater comfort, improved chewing efficiency, and increased confidence.

Extractions

Our dentists make every effort to preserve your natural teeth. However, extractions are necessary when decay has made the tooth unsalvageable or when you have an advanced periodontal disease.

Impacted or problematic wisdom teeth can cause pain, infection, and damage to neighbouring teeth. We use advanced imaging and modern surgical techniques to remove wisdom teeth safely and comfortably.

Wisdom Tooth Removal

Bone Grafting & Sinus Lift Procedures

Some patients require additional bone before dental implants can be placed. Bone grafting and sinus lift procedures rebuild lost bone to create a strong, stable foundation for future implant treatment.

Gum Grafting

Gum grafting treats gum recession by restoring lost gum tissue, helping reduce sensitivity, protect tooth roots, and improve the appearance of your smile.

Gum Contouring

Excess gum tissue can make teeth appear short or uneven. Gum contouring reshapes the gumline to create a more balanced, attractive smile.

Frenectomy

A simple procedure that releases restrictive lip or tongue attachments which may interfere with speech, breastfeeding, oral hygiene, or orthodontic treatment.

Oral Appliances

Night Guards

Custom-made night guards help protect your teeth from the damaging effects of grinding and clenching while reducing stress on the jaw joints.

Anti Snoring Appliances

For selected patients with obstructive sleep apnea or chronic snoring, custom oral appliances gently reposition the lower jaw to help maintain an open airway during sleep.

Protect your teeth during sports with a professionally fitted mouthguard that offers significantly greater comfort and protection than over-the-counter alternatives.

Healthy Smiles Start with Prevention

Regular dental examinations and professional cleanings are the foundation of lifelong oral health. Preventive care allows us to identify problems early, remove harmful plaque and tartar, and help you maintain healthy teeth and gums before more extensive treatment becomes necessary.

Professional cleanings also polish away surface stains, freshen your breath, and leave your smile feeling clean and refreshed.

We recommend routine examinations and cleanings every six months, although some patients may benefit from more frequent visits based on their individual needs.

Crowns

Protect and Restore Damaged Teeth

A dental crown is a custom-made cap that completely covers a damaged or weakened tooth, restoring its strength, appearance, and function. Crowns are also commonly used to restore teeth after root canal treatment or to complete a dental implant.

When is a crown recommended?

  • Broken or cracked teeth

  • Large fillings that weaken a tooth

  • Teeth after root canal treatment

  • Severely worn teeth

  • Restoring dental implants

What to expect

  1. Comprehensive examination and treatment planning.

  2. Preparation of the affected tooth.

  3. Digital scan or precision impression.

  4. Temporary crown placement.

  5. Fitting and cementation of your custom-made crown.

Bridges

Replace Missing Teeth

A dental bridge replaces one or more missing teeth by securing an artificial tooth to neighbouring teeth or dental implants. Bridges restore your smile while helping maintain proper bite function and preventing adjacent teeth from shifting.

Benefits of Dental Bridges

  • Restore chewing ability

  • Improve speech

  • Prevent teeth from drifting

  • Maintain facial support

  • Natural appearance

Types of Bridges

  • Traditional Bridge: Supported by crowns placed on the teeth adjacent to the missing tooth.

  • Cantilever Bridge: Supported by a single adjacent tooth when only one healthy supporting tooth is available.

  • Maryland (Resin-Bonded) Bridge: A conservative option that uses bonded wings to support the replacement tooth, most commonly for front teeth.

Veneers

Enhance Your Smile

Veneers are ultra-thin porcelain or composite shells that are bonded to the front surface of your teeth to improve their appearance while preserving as much natural tooth structure as possible.

They are an excellent option for patients seeking a brighter, more symmetrical smile.

Veneers can correct

  • Chipped or fractured teeth

  • Tooth discolouration

  • Small gaps between teeth

  • Worn teeth

  • Misshapen teeth

  • Minor alignment irregularities

Benefits of Veneers

  • Natural-looking aesthetics

  • Conservative treatment

  • Stain-resistant porcelain

  • Long-lasting results

  • Custom designed for your smile

Missing teeth can affect much more than your appearance. They can make eating difficult, alter your speech, and cause your facial features to appear sunken over time. Dentures provide a reliable and affordable way to restore your smile, improve your ability to chew comfortably, and regain confidence in everyday life.

At New Age Smiles, we offer both partial and complete dentures that are carefully designed for a comfortable fit, natural appearance, and optimal function. During your consultation, we'll discuss your options and recommend the solution that best suits your needs and lifestyle.

Partial Dentures

Partial dentures are recommended when you still have some healthy natural teeth remaining. They are custom-made to replace one or more missing teeth and are securely supported by your existing teeth.

Benefits

✔ Restore your smile and confidence

✔ Improve chewing and speech

✔ Prevent neighbouring teeth from drifting

✔ Removable for easy cleaning

✔ Maintain space for future treatment options, such as dental implants or bridges

Complete Dentures

Complete dentures replace an entire upper arch, lower arch, or both when all natural teeth have been lost. Modern dentures are designed to provide a natural appearance and improved comfort.

For patients seeking greater stability, dentures can also be supported by dental implants, providing a more secure fit with improved chewing efficiency.

Benefits

✔ Restore facial support and appearance

✔ Improve speech and eating ability

✔ Custom-made for comfort and aesthetics

✔ Implant-supported options available

Our priority is always to preserve your natural teeth whenever possible. However, when a tooth is severely damaged, extensively decayed, infected, or cannot be restored safely, extraction may be the healthiest treatment option.

At New Age Smiles, we perform tooth extractions with a gentle approach, modern techniques, and effective local anaesthesia to ensure your comfort throughout the procedure. We'll also discuss options for replacing missing teeth, such as dental implants, bridges, or dentures, when appropriate.

FAQs

Do I need my tooth extracted?

Your dentist may recommend an extraction if a tooth is:

✔ Severely decayed beyond repair

✔ Broken below the gum line

✔ Affected by advanced gum disease

✔ Impacted or unable to erupt normally

✔ Causing crowding before orthodontic treatment

✔ Associated with infection or pain that cannot be treated successfully

Whenever possible, we'll discuss alternatives before recommending extraction.

What should I expect during an extraction procedure?

Before treatment, your dentist will carefully examine your tooth and take any necessary X-rays. The area will be thoroughly numbed using local anaesthetic, so you should feel pressure but not pain during the procedure.

Once the tooth has been removed, we'll place gauze over the extraction site and provide detailed aftercare instructions to support healing.

Will it hurt?

The extraction itself should not be painful because the area is completely numbed before treatment begins. Some mild soreness and swelling are normal after the anaesthetic wears off, but these symptoms are usually well controlled with prescribed or over-the-counter pain medication and typically improve within a few days.

How long is the healing process?

Most patients begin feeling significantly better within 3–7 days.

Initial gum healing usually occurs within 1–2 weeks, while complete healing of the underlying bone may take several months, depending on the type of extraction and your overall health.

How should I care for the extraction site?

For the first 24 hours:

✔ Bite firmly on the gauze provided.

✔ Avoid smoking or vaping.

✔ Do not use a straw.

✔ Avoid vigorous rinsing.

✔ Eat soft foods and stay hydrated.

After 24 hours, gently rinse with warm salt water several times a day to keep the area clean and promote healing.

What can I eat after an extraction?

For the first 24–48 hours, choose soft foods such as:

🥣 Yogurt

🥔 Mashed potatoes

🍌 Bananas

🥚 Scrambled eggs

🍦 Ice cream (without nuts or hard toppings)

🥣 Soup (lukewarm, not hot)

Avoid:

❌ Hard foods

❌ Smoking or vaping

❌ Crunchy snacks

❌ Spicy foods

❌ Alcohol

❌ Using a straw

When should I contact the dentist?

Please contact us immediately if you experience:

• Persistent or excessive bleeding

• Increasing pain after several days

• Swelling that worsens instead of improving

• Fever or signs of infection

• Difficulty opening your mouth or swallowing

Nervous About Having a Tooth Removed?

It's completely normal to feel anxious about an extraction. Our experienced dental team will explain every step of the procedure, answer your questions, and ensure you're as comfortable as possible throughout your visit.

A Permanent Solution for Missing Teeth

Dental implants are the closest replacement to natural teeth. They replace both the missing tooth and its root, providing a strong, stable foundation for a custom-made crown that looks, feels, and functions like your natural teeth.

Whether you've lost a tooth due to decay, injury, or gum disease, dental implants can restore your smile, improve your ability to eat and speak comfortably, and help preserve the health of your jawbone.

What are the benefits of getting teeth implants?

✔ Look, feel, and function like natural teeth

✔ Restore comfortable chewing and clear speech

✔ Help preserve the jawbone after tooth loss

✔ Prevent neighbouring teeth from shifting

✔ Do not require support from adjacent healthy teeth

✔ Easy to care for—brush and floss just like natural teeth

✔ Designed to provide a long-lasting solution with proper care

Is a Dental Implant Right for You?

Dental implants may be recommended if you:

  • Are missing one or more teeth

  • Have healthy gums

  • Have sufficient jawbone to support an implant (or are a candidate for bone grafting)

  • Want a fixed, long-term alternative to removable dentures or bridges

  • Are committed to maintaining good oral hygiene

A comprehensive consultation, including diagnostic imaging such as CBCT when indicated, allows us to determine whether dental implants are the best option for you.

The Implant Process

1. Consultation & Treatment Planning

We perform a comprehensive examination and obtain the necessary diagnostic images to evaluate your bone, gums, and surrounding structures before designing a personalized treatment plan.

2. Implant Placement

The titanium implant is carefully placed into the jawbone under local anaesthetic. Over the next few months, the implant naturally fuses with the surrounding bone in a process called osseointegration.

3. Restoration

Once healing is complete, a custom-made dental crown is securely attached to the implant, restoring both function and appearance.

Advanced Implant Procedures

Not every patient has enough bone for immediate implant placement. When needed, we also provide advanced procedures including:

  • Bone grafting

  • Sinus lift procedures

  • Implant-supported dentures

  • Treatment of implant complications

These procedures help create a stable foundation for successful, long-lasting implant treatment.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does implant placement hurt?

Most patients are surprised by how comfortable the procedure is. Implant placement is performed under local anaesthetic, and any post-operative discomfort is usually manageable with routine pain medication.

How long does treatment take?

Treatment time varies depending on the individual case. While many implants require several months to heal before the final crown is placed, some situations may allow for faster treatment.

How long do implants last?

With good oral hygiene, regular dental visits, and proper maintenance, dental implants can last for many years and often decades.

Why Choose New Age Smiles?

At New Age Smiles, implant treatment combines careful diagnosis, advanced digital imaging, and meticulous treatment planning to achieve predictable, long-lasting results. Every treatment plan is tailored to your individual needs, ensuring that your replacement tooth is functional, comfortable, and natural in appearance.

  • Crossbite

  • Open bite

  • Relapse following previous orthodontic treatment

Your Treatment Journey

Consultation & Assessment

Your journey begins with a comprehensive examination, clinical photographs, a digital intra-oral scan, and any necessary radiographs to determine whether you're a suitable candidate for clear aligner treatment.

Digital Treatment Planning

Using advanced digital technology, we create a personalised treatment plan that maps the precise movement of your teeth from start to finish. You'll even have the opportunity to preview your expected smile before treatment begins.

Wear Your Aligners

You'll wear each set of custom-made aligners for approximately one to two weeks before progressing to the next set. For the best results, aligners should be worn for 20–22 hours each day, removing them only to eat, drink anything other than water, brush, and floss.

Reveal Your New Smile

Once treatment is complete, you'll be provided with custom retainers to help maintain your new smile and keep your teeth in their corrected positions for years to come.

Why Patients Love VinciSmile™

Unlike traditional braces, VinciSmile aligners fit comfortably over your teeth and can be removed whenever you eat or clean your teeth. There are no metal brackets, no food restrictions, and fewer interruptions to your daily routine.

Because treatment is digitally planned from the outset, every aligner is custom manufactured to deliver precise, predictable tooth movement and beautifully natural results.

Frequently Asked Questions

Are VinciSmile aligners visible?

VinciSmile aligners are made from clear, medical-grade material, making them discreet enough that most people won't notice you're wearing them.

How long does treatment take?

Treatment time varies depending on the complexity of your case. Mild cases may be completed in just a few months, while more comprehensive treatment may take longer. We'll discuss your estimated treatment time during your consultation.

Do I have to wear them all day?

Yes. For the best results, aligners should be worn for 20–22 hours each day and removed only for meals, drinking anything other than water, and your oral hygiene routine.

Can I eat while wearing them?

No. Always remove your aligners before eating or drinking anything other than plain water.

Are clear aligners painful?

You may experience mild pressure or tenderness for a day or two after changing to a new set of aligners. This is completely normal and simply means your teeth are moving as planned.

Why Choose New Age Smiles?

About

Sleep Better. Breathe Easier.

If snoring is keeping you—or your partner—awake at night, a custom-made oral appliance may provide a comfortable and effective solution.

At New Age Smiles, we provide custom anti-snoring appliances designed to gently reposition the lower jaw during sleep. This helps keep the airway open, reducing snoring and improving airflow throughout the night.

For many patients with primary snoring or mild to moderate obstructive sleep apnea (OSA), a custom oral appliance can provide a comfortable and effective treatment option. It may also be recommended for patients who cannot tolerate CPAP or prefer an alternative treatment.

What Is an Anti-Snoring Appliance?

An anti-snoring appliance is a custom-made oral device worn while you sleep. It fits comfortably over your teeth and gently holds your lower jaw slightly forward, helping prevent the airway from collapsing during sleep.

Unlike over-the-counter products, each appliance is individually designed for your mouth to maximize comfort, fit, and effectiveness.

We Offer the EMA® Sleep Appliance

The EMA® (Elastic Mandibular Advancement) appliance is a lightweight custom oral appliance used to treat snoring and selected cases of obstructive sleep apnea.

Its unique elastic strap design allows controlled forward positioning of the lower jaw while permitting natural jaw movement, making it comfortable for many patients.

The EMA appliance is custom fabricated specifically for your bite following a comprehensive assessment.

Benefits of the EMA® Sleep Appliance

✔ Reduces or eliminates snoring

✔ Helps keep the airway open during sleep

✔ Comfortable custom fit

✔ Small and easy to travel with

✔ Quiet alternative to CPAP for suitable patients

✔ No electricity, batteries, or masks

✔ Removable and easy to clean

Who May Benefit?

You may be a candidate if you:

  • Snore regularly

  • Have been diagnosed with mild or moderate obstructive sleep apnea

  • Cannot tolerate CPAP therapy

  • Prefer a comfortable oral appliance

  • Have healthy teeth and gums capable of supporting the appliance

A consultation will determine whether oral appliance therapy is appropriate for your individual situation.

Your Treatment Journey

Consultation

We review your medical history, sleep symptoms, and oral health. If necessary, we may recommend evaluation by a sleep physician before treatment.

Digital Impressions

Using comfortable digital scanning technology, we create an accurate 3D model of your teeth for a precise custom fit.

Appliance Delivery

Your custom EMA appliance is fitted and adjusted to provide optimal comfort and effectiveness.

Follow-Up Care

We'll monitor your progress and make adjustments as needed to maximize comfort and treatment success.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is the appliance comfortable?

Most patients adapt within a few nights. Because every appliance is custom-made, it is generally much more comfortable than over-the-counter devices.

Can it replace CPAP?

For many patients with primary snoring or mild to moderate obstructive sleep apnea (OSA), oral appliance therapy can be an effective treatment. However, CPAP remains the most effective treatment for moderate to severe OSA, and some patients may still require CPAP or other therapies. Following a comprehensive assessment, we'll determine whether an oral appliance is the most appropriate treatment for your individual needs.

How do I clean it?

Clean your appliance daily using a soft toothbrush and mild soap or a cleaner recommended by your dentist. Avoid hot water, which may distort the appliance.

How long does it last?

With proper care and regular reviews, a custom oral appliance can provide many years of service.

Why Choose New Age Smiles?

Our anti-snoring appliances are custom-made specifically for your mouth using precise digital impressions and carefully adjusted to maximize comfort and effectiveness. We work closely with patients—and when appropriate, their physicians—to help improve sleep quality and overall wellbeing.
